Job summary

Marvin in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Production Associate to help build products for homes in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. No experience is required—hands-on training and support are available to help you grow and advance your career. Shifts include early and late options with mandatory overtime.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour (days) or $21.50 per hour (evenings). You will use tools and automated equipment, follow on-screen instructions, and work with your supervisor to resolve

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrainin multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
