Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to build and assemble products in a clean, temperature-controlled facility in Minnesota. You’ll use hand tools and automated equipment, follow visual and written instructions, and work with your supervisor to address mechanical or material challenges.

No experience? We’ve got you covered with hands-on training. All shifts require overtime, with pay rates starting at $18.50 per hour, and opportunities for growth through internal raises and company benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Overtime might be required on all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products, drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
