Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate in Hibbing, MN to assemble product parts using various tools and automated equipment in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. Training is provided, and employees gain hands-on experience with room for advancement.

Shifts include day and evening options with overtime requirements; starting pay is $18.50 per hour, rising to $21.50 for evening shifts. Eligible benefits and a strong support network await new hires committed to long-term growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
