Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to build and assemble products in a clean, temperature-controlled facility in Minnesota. No experience? Training is provided to help you grow and advance your career. This role includes overtime and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
