Job summary

Slalom is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems for diverse client environments. You will contribute to solution architecture, own workstreams, and deliver secure, scalable AI services with a focus on responsible AI practices.

You will collaborate with AI Systems & Platforms teams, work across cloud platforms, and partner with clients to translate business inputs into deployable AI solutions, while advancing reusable templates and accelerators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and building data, AI, or ML solutions.
• Hands-on production software experience in Python.
• Experience with data platforms and APIs.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled applications and systems.
• Contribute to AI solution architecture and data integration.
• Own implementation workstreams from design through delivery.
• Work with major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Partner with clients to translate inputs into deployable AI solutions.
• Create reusable assets and enablement materials.
• Mentor peers on AI engineering practices.
