Slalom is seeking an AI/ML Architect to design and deliver production-grade AI systems that span data products, model orchestration, and agentic workflows. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams and shape client AI roadmaps, partnering with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to deploy secure, scalable solutions.

You will guide GenAI adoption, governance, and risk management while collaborating with client teams and internal practice leaders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience implementing ML/AI solutions in production.
• 3+ years of experience in professional consulting or IT services.
• Hands-on experience designing production AI systems.
• Deep understanding of GenAI patterns and agentic AI.

Responsabilités

• Architect and deliver enterprise-scale AI systems across data products and deployment pipelines.
• Design secure, cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Lead AI solution design across generative, agentic, multimodal AI use cases.
• Enable production GenAI adoption including tool calling and structured outputs.
• Define evaluation, observability, and reliability patterns for AI systems.
• Champion Responsible AI and AI security practices within client engagements.
• Evaluate emerging models and platforms and provide practical recommendations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams.
• Support business development through proposals and reference architectures.
• Coach junior consultants to promote continuous learning and engineering discipline.
