Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide end-to-end support for the Sales Representative position and drive clinical product programs within a designated territory. You will assist sales partners in project management and lead clinical trials and product conversions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of sales or customer service experience, or high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience developing presentations for various audience levels.
• Willing to travel 80–90% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Assist sales partners in project management and lead efforts in executing clinical trials and product conversions.
• Lead, prioritize, and manage the work flow of product trials, conversions, and PV implementations.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships with weekly team meetings and align resources to meet customer goals.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status to sales teams, product teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Reps, Management, and Product divisions to build effective relationships.
