Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Product Support Specialist to assist in project management and support the Sales Representative role within a designated territory. You will contribute to clinical product programs, facilitate trials and product conversions, and help align resources to achieve customer goals.

Responsibilities include leading trial workflows, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with sales/customer service experience.
• Experience developing presentations for diverse audiences.
• Willing to travel 80–90% of the time for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project implementation and completion while gaining hands-on exposure to the Sales Representative role.
• Lead, prioritize, and manage workflow of product trials, conversions, and PV implementations.
• Meet customer goals by aligning resources and managing expectations.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships including weekly state-of-business meetings with customer and sales reps.
• Monitor project progress; report status to sales teams, product teams, and customers.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with internal partners (Field Sales Reps, Management, Product divisions).
