Job summary

Medline is seeking a Product Support Specialist to support Sales Representatives, lead clinical product program initiatives, and assist in project management and trials within a designated territory.

You will help execute product conversions, coordinate with field sales, management, and product divisions, and travel up to 80-90% to customer sites. A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in sales or customer service is preferred, with strong presentation skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales or customer service related experience OR high school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of sales or customer service related experience.
• Experience developing presentations for various audience levels.
• Willing to travel at least/up to 80-90% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

• Collaborate and build effective relationships within assigned accounts as well as with internal partners (Field Sales Reps, Management, and Product divisions).
