Forklifts Group in Fresno, CA is hiring a Product Support Sales Representative to drive sales across parts, service and rental by identifying prospects and building strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes strategic territory development, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage orders in SAGE, log opportunities in Salesforce, and work with the Sales Manager to meet annual goals, while enjoying a benefits package and monthly commission.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Two or more years of outside sales experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling heavy equipment preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify prospects in the assigned territory, developing sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts for approved products and services.
• Arrange appointments with customers which include pre-arranged appointments or cold calls; generate leads and network through current customers.
• Engage customers using consultative selling techniques to meet forklift needs in parts, service, and rental.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop cross-selling strategies and ensure a great customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with the Service and Rental Departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Initiate and process sales orders in SAGE for part purchases.
• Meet expectations for continued support after sale, including delivery, rental contracts, and truck orientation.
• Identify equipment sale opportunities and log information into Salesforce CRM.
• Meet with Sales Manager to review monthly scorecards and department goals.
• Attend team meetings to review goals and strategies; work toward annual sales targets.
• Consistently monitor the territory by making daily sales calls and tracking interactions in Salesforce.
