Job summary

Papé Material Handling, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales – Forklift Parts & Service Representative to grow parts and service business across the West region.

You will build strong customer relationships, identify needs, and recommend tailored maintenance and parts solutions to keep fleets running. In this role, you’ll coordinate with Parts and Service teams, manage accounts, and drive revenue through relationship-based selling.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation and hunger to win.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience creating and executing sales action plans.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment parts and service.
• CRM and sales-tracking tools experience; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive relationship-based sales by understanding customer needs.
• Recommend parts, maintenance, and service packages to maximize uptime.
• Manage accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact from order to after-sales support.
