Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a seasoned product leader to define strategy with the CPO, translate priorities into quarterly OKRs and a clear product roadmap, and build the Product Operations function to enable faster, data-driven decisions.

This hybrid role requires 10+ years in product leadership and analytics, with experience in SaaS and enterprise settings. You will drive discipline, KPIs, and scalable product analytics across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, strategy, operations, or adjacent leadership roles.
• Experience building or scaling Product Operations function from scratch.
• Experience defining strategy and driving cross-functional execution and alignment.
• Experience with analytics tools, experimentation, and product telemetry (event tracking, cohort analysis, etc.).
• Experience using data and automation to improve organizational velocity and decision quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CPO to define DocuSign's product strategy and translate priorities into quarterly OKRs and roadmaps.
• Facilitate alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners on priorities and KPIs.
• Own communication of strategy and progress upward to executives and across the org.
• Build transparent systems for decision-making and resource allocation.
• Scale Product Ops: team structure, tools, and processes for faster iteration.
• Establish prioritization frameworks and lead quarterly planning and roadmap cycles.
• Drive adoption of product management discipline and best practices across teams.
• Create operational cadence for leadership reviews and alignment.
