Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Sr. Director to lead strategy and product operations, shaping the company’s roadmap with the CPO and driving execution across product teams. The role builds the Product Operations function, establishes analytics standards, and leverages automation and AI to remove manual work and accelerate decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders to align priorities, enable velocity, and maintain strong executive communications while guiding teams toward scalable, data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, strategy, operations, or adjacent leadership roles.
• Experience building or scaling Product Operations from scratch.
• Experience defining strategy and driving cross-functional execution.
• Experience with analytics tools, experimentation, and product telemetry.
• Experience using data and automation to improve velocity and decision quality.

Responsibilities

• Define Docusign's product strategy and translate priorities into quarterly OKRs and roadmap.
• Build and scale Product Ops function, systems, tools, and processes.
• Partner with CPO to enable faster, better-informed decisions and cross-functional alignment.
• Establish product analytics standards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive adoption of product management disciplines across all product teams.
• Create governance and cadence for reviews, steering, and alignment.
