DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Core Services Platforms to own the system strategy supporting our largest enterprise customers.

You will translate complex multi‑system behavior into actionable requirements, collaborating with architects and engineers to build resilient, scalable solutions. The role reports to the Lead Product Manager and focuses on defining strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs while ensuring timely delivery and strong customer outcomes across a distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field (CS/EE/IT/SIS)
• 6+ years in SaaS product management (8+ with BA)
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices at enterprise scale
• Experience building business cases for new product capabilities
• Experience delivering products with Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Act as internal owner for the core platform layer, linking technical investment to customer value
• Lead strategy and roadmap for delivering Core Services initiatives
• Profile high‑value, innovative business use cases within complex distributed systems
• Define requirements and specs for multi‑system platform changes
• Champion launch efficiency and clear technical debt/ blockers
• Define KPIs for platform performance and usage features with Data Science
• Understand customer personas and Jobs to be Done through research
• Collaborate across teams to create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure timely, quality product delivery with cross‑functional partners
• Drive go‑to‑market and adoption with Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Support, Legal, Security
