Job summary
GLG is seeking a Product Specialist for the Expert Content Library & Feed solutions to drive the API/MCP product direction and client go-to-market efforts. You will serve as the frontline SME, translating technical concepts into business value for investment professionals, and collaborate across commercial, client service, compliance, legal, and product/engineering teams.
You will lead client demos, train frontline teams, manage the Library/Feed/MCP pipeline in SFDC, and contribute to quarterly
Qualifications
- Experience presenting to clients and translating technical concepts into business value.
- Strong communication with finance and tech stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI workflows in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Lead client demos and field technical questions on Library, API feeds and MCP.
- Serve as SME for commercial and service teams on Library and feeds.
- Lead internal trainings for frontline teams on our offering to clients.
- Coordinate with VPs & Account Managers on GTM plans and outreach.
- Manage Library, API Feed, MCP pipeline in SFDC.
- Weekly reporting on pitches, trials and conversions.
- Assess when self-service content or data feeds fit client needs.
- Chair internal steering committee in monthly meetings.
