Job summary

Corestream is seeking a detail-oriented professional to own client-facing marketing content and platform configuration end-to-end. You will source collateral, enter data into internal systems, onboard new clients, and support ongoing content updates in collaboration with Implementation and Product.

You will verify data against source material, flag dependencies, and drive content updates from Product changes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a process end-to-end from input to delivery.
• Ability to catch errors before going external or client-facing.
• Experience advising other teams on downstream implications of changes.
• Identify inefficiencies and fix gaps proactively.
• Manage a high-volume, detail-intensive workload with minimal errors.
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the plan and marketing content section of our client-facing platform end-to-end for onboarding and launches.
• Handle collateral updates and enter them into our internal system on an ongoing basis.
• Populate marketing content updates from Product.
• Identify and source dynamic content values from providers and partners and enter them into the system.
• Review and verify platform entries against source material before publish.
• Serve as primary contact between platform content/structure and Product for questions or changes.
• Flag content dependencies, gaps, risks, or updates and work with Product to clarify requirements.
• Execute content and configuration updates from Product changes and verify updates in the platform.
