Job summary

Marvin in Warroad, MN is seeking a Product Services Manager to lead a team dedicated to solving complex product and service challenges while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role guides strategic issue resolution and drives continuous improvement across the Product Services function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and leadership experience in customer service, product support, or technical service.
• Experience resolving complex product or service issues in manufacturing/building products or similar.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results through collaboration and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Services specialists to resolve complex customer and product challenges.
• Oversee high-impact service situations balancing customer satisfaction and business priorities.
• Partner with Quality, R&D, Sales, and other teams to identify trends and improve customer experience.
