Marvin is seeking a Production Supervisor in Warroad, MN to oversee manufacturing operations, drive production and quality goals, and maintain a safe workplace. You will partner with department leadership to coach staff, implement continuous improvement and ensure on-time production using optimal staffing and resources.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive management/supervisor/lead experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to work with manufacturing and office-based technology systems, including ERP and Microsoft programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop department leadership and provide day-to-day coaching.
• Foster continuous improvement by encouraging problem solving within the work cell.
• Establish accountability for productive environment and safe conduct.
• Ensure opportunities for job rotation, cross-training and development.
• Meet or exceed production schedules with optimal staffing and resources daily/weekly/monthly.
• Maintain a safe working environment and investigate safety hazards.
• Ensure processes and products meet quality objectives and specifications.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure equipment produces products meeting specs.
