Job summary

Marvin in Warroad, MN is seeking a Product Services Manager to lead a team dedicated to solving complex product and service challenges while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role guides strategic issue resolution and drives continuous improvement across the Product Services function.

You will partner with Quality, R&D, Sales, and other teams to identify trends, influence solutions, and improve the customer experience, while upholding Marvin’s values and relocation benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and leadership experience in customer service, product support, or technical service.
• Experience resolving complex product or service issues in manufacturing/building products or similar.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results through collaboration and process improvement.

Job Overview

The Product Services Manager leads a team dedicated to solving complex product and service challenges while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll guide strategic issue resolution, lead high-impact projects, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and drive continuous improvement across the Product Services function.
