Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Service Operations Specialist in Warroad, MN to coordinate Scenic Door installations from quote to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work with installation teams and internal stakeholders to schedule resources, manage contracts, and support programs across multiple systems.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data accuracy, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in service operations, project coordination, customer service, installation management, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience supporting compliance initiatives, risk management, operational programs, reporting, and data management activities.
• Experience building products, construction, manufacturing, home improvement, or related industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with business systems and tools such as CRM, ERP, reporting, fleet management, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the Scenic Door installation experience from quote through project completion, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and project execution with customers and installation teams.
• Develop installation quotes, contracts, and service orders while supporting revenue and profitability goals.
• Coordinate training requests and operational programs that support field teams and service excellence.
• Maintain accurate data within Sales force and Origami, reporting, and business systems.
• Administer and support key operational programs, including Penske, Motive, and WEX.
• Manage and maintain service technician, vehicle, and service center databases to ensure reporting accuracy and operational planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the customer experience, and drive efficiency.
