Responsibilities

• Provide product, system, and contract support to internal sales teams.
• Assist sales staff in identifying contracts for new merchant relationships.
• Research and resolve compensation issues for both internal and external staff.
• Process third-party certification requests and validate vendors.
• Maintain internal websites with card schemes and pricing, and notify sales teams of changes.
