Responsibilities

• Provide product, system, sales process, and contract support to internal sales teams and external partners.
• Offer product support including terminal, software, and value-add products; deliver live demonstrations and tools.
• Assist sales staff in identifying appropriate contracts for new merchant relationships.
• Research and resolve compensation issues for internal and external staff.
• Process third-party certification requests and validate vendors on the platform.
• Maintain internal websites with up-to-date card schemes and pricing; notify teams of changes.
