Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
• Experience spanning sales enablement, presales support, training strategy, instructional design, product demonstrations
• Ability to conduct effective discovery and learning needs assessments
• Strong facilitation, presentation, storytelling, instructional design, project management, stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve sales support practices for Treasury and Payment Solutions
• Partner with sales professionals to clarify opportunity context and prepare product positioning
• Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored product demonstrations
• Provide product expertise and presentation support throughout the sales cycle
• Maintain repeatable demonstration standards and seller-readiness tools
• Develop and maintain a training strategy aligned with business objectives
• Deliver training via instructor-led sessions, webinars, and virtual environments
• Create learning journeys and curricula with structured development plans
• Partner with Product teams on updates and readiness activities
• Ensure materials remain accurate, compliant, and audience-centered
• Build partnerships across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing
• Establish measures for sales and training impact
• Refine strategy based on feedback and outcomes
• Scale enablement practices while maintaining quality
