Job summary

The successful candidate will assist in merchant contracts, resolve compensation issues, and manage certification requests while keeping pricing and vendor data current across internal platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate various software packages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide product, system, sales process, and contract support to internal sales teams and external partners.
• Deliver product support including terminal, software, and value-added products; conduct live demos and assist with integration tools.
• Assist sales staff in identifying appropriate contracts for new merchant relationships and research compensation issues.
• Process third-party certification requests and validate vendors on the platform; maintain internal websites with updated card schemes and pricing.
