The Autonomous Coding Quality and Optimization Analyst will evaluate autonomous coding performance, identify opportunities to improve automation outcomes, and help ensure coding quality, compliance, and customer value as Solventum scales AI-enabled coding capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HIM, Informatics, or Data Analytics plus 8 years coding and revenue-cycle experience.
- Or high school diploma and 12 years of direct healthcare revenue cycle/coding experience.
- Active CCS/COC/RHIA/RHIT certification.
- Experience with EHR, CAC, autonomous coding engines, or healthcare automation tech.
- Ability to analyze coding, revenue cycle, automation, quality, compliance, or operational data and communicate ROI/risks.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate autonomous coding performance against benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation outcomes and coding quality.
- Collaborate with reporting, data science, engineering, compliance, clinical, coding, and content teams.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for risk mitigation and ROI.
