Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/Business Analyst to lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria. You will work with cross-functional teams to refine the backlog, address risks, and drive initiatives from concept through release.

The role requires collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, strong Agile experience, and a focus on delivering digital products and SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience supporting digital products, web applications, customer portals, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong requirements gathering, discovery, and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working directly with software development teams in Agile environments.
• Ability to lead initiatives through discovery, refinement, testing, and release.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and edge cases.
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions and understanding API concepts.
• Experience using Jira, QA, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering background.
• Experience supporting customer-facing applications.
• Experience with Jira, LogRocket, Google Analytics.
• Experience working closely with UX, or Marketing, or Content teams
