Job description

Own and define the vision and roadmap for a large product or set of products aligned to strategic goals.

Serve as the voice of the customer and primary communicator between stakeholders and the agile delivery team.

Prioritize product backlogs, write detailed user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria using ATDD practices.

Participate in team ceremonies and collaborate cross-functionally to align product goals with stakeholder expectations.

Leverage design thinking and analytics to inform user-centric product decisions.

Influence and engage senior-level stakeholders across the organization.

Work with UX and technology teams to drive delivery of digital capabilities.

Maintain a focus on customer outcomes and ongoing product iteration.

Comply with company risk and regulatory standards.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of business, technical, analytical, or product experience — or, in lieu of a degree, 10 years of equivalent experience.

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.

• Strong experience with RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Confidence to make independent decisions while seeking input from stakeholders.

• Understanding of Design Thinking principles and Agile/Lean product methodologies.

• Experience developing or managing digital products.

• Background in working with UX teams on customer-focused product design.
