We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Product Owner to join our team to support the technology conceptualization and product delivery of best-in-class tools to serve our frontline teams effectively. As part of the Tools and Technology team, you will play a critical role in redefining customer and employee experiences by setting new technology standards for thousands of ACS employees. We are seeking a Product Owner to support product development and improvements from ideation, roadmapping to execution and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Analysts in gathering, translating, and communicating business requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage squad/pod backlogs, prioritizing work and balancing stakeholder needs within Agile delivery teams.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to design customer-facing digital experiences for informational and transactional products.
• Use data and analytics to drive product strategy, roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, adoption, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and accept completed work against defined criteria.
• Align cross-functional initiatives with other Product Owners to ensure consistency and coordination across teams.
• Convert product goals into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, customer experience, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
• Provide regular project updates and status reporting to stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership.
• Support organizational engagement, communication, change management, and feedback initiatives.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans that promote employee safety, wellbeing, and a safety-focused culture.
• Own the creation and maintenance of clear, actionable user stories for development teams.
• Provide ongoing feedback during sprint reviews to ensure continuous product improvement.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress, outcomes, and risks.
• Partner with stakeholders and Product Managers to shape product vision, strategy, and data-driven solutions.
• Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize tools such as Agility and Aha! to manage product delivery, monitor progress, and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Agile Product Management training and experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role), in a dynamic agile environment
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in written and oral communications and ability to produce concise, relevant documents and presentations
• Curious mindset, willing to ask “how might we” or “why” to drive innovation and high performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of agile practices and principles, with a certification in Agile methodology preferred
• Human Centered Design experience or practice
• Experience with internal and external facing channels
• Experience with digital.ai (Agility/VersionOne) or Jira
