Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team. You will drive inventory planning, ensure back-of-house and floor readiness, and lead shifts as Supervisor on Duty to deliver a world-class guest experience.

You will influence hiring decisions, provide coaching, and collaborate across teams to execute the store product strategy with a focus on accurate stock and vibrant selling floors.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or similar setting.
• Experience with inventory management, stocking, or merchandising.
• Leadership experience, mentoring or coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement the product strategy and inventory plans.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing with SOPs and accuracy.
• Ensure execution of product actions, such as pull backs, consolidations, or repricing.
• Engage team members to create a fun, productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through and availability.
• Review daily data to inform actions and pricing recommendations for the store.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members; recognize performance.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team atmosphere.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver in-the-moment product education.
