Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team in New York, overseeing product operations and inventory management. You will lead inventory shifts, ensure floor and back-of-house stock, and support performance evaluations and hiring decisions, acting as Supervisor on Duty when on floor.

You will partner with store leadership to translate product strategy into actionable steps, manage SOP-based inventory activities, and drive a world-class guest experience

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members in inventory management, creating a fun and productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability.
• Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions and recommendations to store leadership.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members for ongoing development.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and supportive working relationships.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and guest experience.
