Job summary

lululemon, a global athletic apparel retailer, is seeking a Product Operations Lead for its store in Greenwich, CT. You will execute the store product strategy, lead inventory shifts, and oversee back-of-house operations while ensuring floor and BOH stock levels are optimized for a world-class guest experience.

You'll contribute to team performance, assist hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty, providing product education and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience or more in retail or similar environment.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities according to SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing) and monitor stock levels.
• Engage team members and maintain a productive atmosphere during shifts.
• Review daily data to inform actions and support sell-through strategies.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to teammates and foster inclusivity.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver product education.
