Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Product Operations Manager to oversee client onboarding, implementation, and operational delivery for a fast-growing lending platform. You will partner with clients, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to manage complex implementations and ensure successful product launches.

The role reports to the VP of Strategic Operations and is a hybrid position requiring in-person work at a TU office location at least two days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client onboarding, implementation, delivery or operational processes within technology/fintech environments.
• Experience delivering SaaS, API or platform-based implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and product operating models.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing end-to-end onboarding for new clients from contract to go-live.
• Acting as primary delivery lead between clients and internal teams.
• Developing and governing onboarding plans, timelines and documentation.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Data and Compliance.
• Leading onboarding meetings and reporting on performance metrics.
