Job summary

Recruiting from Scratch LLC is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional to lead high-impact initiatives for client strategy, implementations, or compliance. You will identify scalable processes, partner with enterprise customers, and drive measurable outcomes across cross-functional teams.

You’ll translate client needs into actionable product and GTM recommendations, automate workflows, and own critical relationships or implementations depending on track.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn messy data into actionable insights.
• Experience diagnosing complex problems and delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships or complex client projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact initiatives across client strategy, implementations, or compliance.
• Identify recurring problems and turn them into scalable systems, workflows, tools, and playbooks.
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Operations.
• Use data and structured analysis to identify problems, quantify opportunities, and influence decisions.
• Build infra enabling teams to move faster and make better decisions.
• Translate customer needs into product/go-to-market recommendations.
• Automate manual processes and reduce low-value work.
• Depending on track, own strategic client relationships, enterprise implementations, or compliance capabilities.
