Job summary

TransUnion LLC in the United States seeks a Sr Manager, Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a Fraud portfolio, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions and driving cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, and product teams.

You will mentor Technical Product Managers, set success metrics, and steer Agile delivery to maximize customer value while aligning with risk and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with technical products or large‑scale enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of people leadership, coaching, and performance management responsibilities.
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs with engineering and stakeholders.
• Experience roadmapping for platform, API‑driven, or data‑centric products.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or equivalent technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of 2–5 Fraud products.
• Bridge Product, Engineering, and Architecture to translate objectives into scalable solutions.
• Drive prioritization across initiatives balancing value, feasibility, risk, and impact.
• Oversee platform enhancements, system integrations, API capabilities, and infra investments.
• Lead full product lifecycle from concept to delivery, launch, adoption and improvement.
• Establish success metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Mentor Technical Product Managers and foster ownership and accountability.
• Drive Agile delivery in cross‑functional teams.
