Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Public Sector Program Manager to support onboarding, compliance, and sales operations in a hybrid role requiring both virtual work and in-person presence at a TransUnion office for at least two days per week.

The role partners with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate documentation, reporting, and government contract workflows, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, urgency, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting public sector contracting or onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local government contract workflows (RFQ/RFPs, POs, SLAs, renewals).
• Experience with contract documentation, vendor forms, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to route government contract requirements requiring Legal/Compliance review.
• Familiarity with government procurement rules, audit rights, and data security.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for customers and partners, including credentialing and contract documentation.
• Pull reports and track meaningful business metrics for internal stakeholders.
• Provide custom invoice delivery and monitor public sector payment requirements.
• Coordinate external meetings, events, travel, and other administrative tasks.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives implementing government compliance requirements.
• Manage work with urgency, accuracy, and proactive process improvements.
