Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Public Sector Program Manager to support sales operations, onboarding, and government contracting activities. Hybrid role with in-person collaboration at a TU office multiple days weekly in Reston, VA.

You will coordinate onboarding paperwork, pull operational metrics, manage invoicing and compliance, and liaise with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting public sector contracting, government customer onboarding, or government sales operations.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, local, municipal, education, and third-party government contract workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for public sector customers, including membership, credentialing, contract documentation, vendor form completion, and guidance for sales teams.
• Pull reports, gather data on business metrics, support data accuracy, and track information for stakeholders.
• Coordinate external meetings, events, travel, and other administrative tasks.
• Contribute to initiatives implementing government compliance requirements.
• Identify and route government contract requirements for Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Pricing, Finance, or leadership review.
