Job summary

TransUnion LLC in the United States is seeking a Product Operations Manager to oversee client onboarding, implementation, and operational delivery for a fast-growing lending platform. This role partners with clients, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to manage complex implementations and ensure successful product launches in a hybrid work setting.

You will own end-to-end onboarding for Monevo UK clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, govern plans, mitigate risks, and report KPIs while

Qualifications

• Experience managing client onboarding, implementation, delivery in tech/fintech.
• Experience with SaaS or API implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and product operating models.
• Ability to identify and mitigate onboarding risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients from contract to go-live.
• Serve as delivery lead between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain onboarding plans, timelines, milestones and docs.
• Manage onboarding pipeline ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Data, Compliance.
• Identify and resolve onboarding risks and dependencies.
• Lead internal and external implementation meetings and steering discussions.
• Build strong client relationships and act as operational contact.
• Define and improve onboarding processes and governance.
• Create and report onboarding KPIs and status updates.
• Prioritize client requirements with Product and Technology.
• Scale onboarding capacity and delivery models with demand.
• Manage and develop Product Operations Analyst (coaching, guidance and performance support).
