Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of Prefill Solutions within Identity Intelligence. This role leads cross-functional partners across product ownership, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and training in a hybrid setting with in-person days at a TU office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with digital onboarding or identity data.
• Ability to use customer, product, and performance data to identify friction and quantify impact.
• Experience leading complex product initiatives across discovery, development, and optimization.
• Ability to translate strategy into an actionable multi-horizon roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate problems into scalable product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy for the Prefill Solutions portfolio and roadmap.
• Decide on roadmap tradeoffs and portfolio prioritization balancing value, feasibility, regulatory, and financials.
• Develop investment cases, revenue forecasts, and resource recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and customers to test hypotheses and quantify impact.
• Design and manage development of new Prefill products.
• Oversee go-to-market, pricing, packaging, and launch readiness with Marketing and Sales.
• Represent Product in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across teams.
• Lead discovery with customers, Sales, and partners to identify friction and inform design decisions.
• Monitor financials, adoption, match rates, latency, and competitive landscape to find growth opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and lead cross-functional reviews and decisions.
