Job summary

Ramp in the United States is seeking a Product Operations professional who will own a problem space from investigation through execution and measurement. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and customer-facing teams, combining analytical rigor with hands-on execution.

This role demands ownership, customer empathy, and the ability to move quickly while delivering reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

2–6 years in banking, private equity, consulting, or in product management or business operations roles at a demanding startup.
Demonstrated ownership and delivery beyond the initial analysis or recommendation.
Strong quantitative reasoning; able to work with messy data and translate findings into decisions.
Customer curiosity with ability to talk to customers and prioritize problems.
Excellent communication across technical and business teams.
Experience using AI tools to build or improve workflows.

Responsibilities

Own customer and operational outcomes; establish baselines and drive improvements.
Identify underlying problems by combining customer input, observations, and data.
Make clear recommendations on process changes, automation, or product investments.
Build and improve workflows with practical tools and AI-assisted solutions.
Ensure operational readiness and enablement; collect feedback post-launch.
Lead across teams by defining metrics, owners, and dependencies.
