Job summary

RampRamp is seeking a Product Operations professional to build and run the operating systems that help ship reliably and support customers as we scale. You will transform product decisions into clear operating plans, manage visibility in Linear, coordinate testing and readiness, and ensure clear communication of changes.

You will partner with product and engineering to make decisions executable, surface gaps, and ensure the team follows through on commitments.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product operations, program management, customer experience, or similar role in a fast-moving software company.
  • Process-oriented thinker who can create clear owners, milestones, decisions and next steps.
  • Active use of AI to automate, analyze or build real work solutions.
  • Ability to use qualitative data to identify patterns and measure impact.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with empathy and precision.
  • Proactive ownership, pace with attention to detail, and cross-functional clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic support through the launch lifecycle: program management, customer testing, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration.
  • Own and improve shipping processes with reviews, testing, docs, enablement, and updates.
  • Maintain Linear as a reliable operating system for projects, milestones, dependencies, status, and decisions.
  • Be the voice of the customer in product decisions; analyze trends and translate input into actions.
  • Build AI-powered workflows, automations, knowledge systems, and self-service experiences.
