Ramp is seeking ambitious generalists to turn complex customer and business problems into better products and workflows. In Product Operations, you will own a problem space from investigation through execution and measurement, working with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and customer-facing teams.

This role is designed for substantial responsibility, with potential growth into Product Management, Business Operations, or AI Operations depending on Ramp’s needs.

Competenze

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in roles like product management, operations, or startup environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes beyond initial analysis or recommendation.
• Strong ability to work with messy data and derive actionable insights.
• Customer-centric mindset with willingness to talk to customers when unclear.
• Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve workflows or products.

Mansioni

• Own defined product/operational problems from investigation through execution and measurement.
• Identify underlying causes from customer conversations, data, and observations.
• Make clear, data-driven recommendations to optimize processes and product investments.
• Build and improve workflows and automations that reduce repetitive work and improve reliability.
