Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while directly owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer and market insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, CS, Finance, and Marketing.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, setting clear priorities, expectations, and standards for high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market experience in B2B SaaS or complex solutions.
• Hands-on pricing/packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, and messaging.
• Experience building customer advocacy programs and collaborating across functions.

Responsibilities

• Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business, from market assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers with clear priorities and standards.
• Define market and commercial strategy aligned with product and business goals.
• Develop customer profiles, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics insights.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product investment and revenue planning.
• Equip Sales and CS with narratives, tools, and training to win and expand customers.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Marketing to translate testimonials into proof points for campaigns.
• Track adoption and performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Communicate priorities and risks clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
