Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. This role translates customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategies in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Lead, coach, and develop the team, setting priorities and high standards for impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or similar complex solution environments.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment through launch.
• Experience with pricing and packaging, market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
• Strong storytelling, executive communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for product investment and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business, from market assessment to launch, adoption, and growth.
• Define Market and Commercial Strategy and develop customer insights, competitive intelligence, and whitespace analysis.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and training to win and expand customers.
• Track adoption and commercial performance and adjust strategies based on results.
• Support VP/Director level leadership with communications to executives and cross‑functional partners.
