RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. The role translates customer, market, product, and performance insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, setting priorities and standards for high-quality work.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or similar environment.
• 3+ years of people management and team leadership.
• Proven ownership of a product/portfolio and ability to translate market insight into adoption and growth.
• Hands-on pricing & packaging experience, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
• Experience building customer advocacy programs and case studies linked to revenue growth.
• Experience partnering with enterprise Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, writing, and executive communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business from market assessment through launch and growth.
• Define Market and Commercial Strategy and translate insights into action.
• Develop customer, competitor, and market insights to inform segmentation and ICPs.
• Lead pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with product, finance, and sales.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and competitive guidance to win and expand.
• Track adoption and commercial performance and adjust strategy based on results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive go-to-market campaigns and launches.
