RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business.

This role translates customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Formación

• 8+ years in product marketing, go-to-market, or related roles in B2B SaaS (3+ years in people management).
• Proven ownership of a product/portfolio with revenue impact.
• Hands-on pricing & packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM, segmentation, and competitive intel.
• Experience building customer advocacy programs with testimonials and case studies.
• Proven ability to partner with enterprise Sales, Product, CS, Finance & Marketing.
• Strong leadership to set direction, delegate, and act when needed.
• Analytical recruiter fluency: structure questions, test assumptions, interpret data.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in fast-moving environments.
• Healthcare/education technology or regulated markets preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers and set priorities.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment to launch.
• Partner with product and business leaders to shape roadmaps and investments.
• Define market/commerce strategy with customer, competitor, and market insights.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Translate insights into recommendations for product investment and routes to market.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned lines of business.
• Own pricing and packaging in collaboration with Product, Finance, Sales and leadership.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and major enhancements.
• Equip Sales/CS with narratives, tools, and enablement to win and expand.
• Track adoption and commercial performance; adjust strategies based on results.
• Communicate priorities and risks clearly to executives and partners.
