RethinkFirst seeks a strategic Manager, Product Marketing to build and lead a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate market insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

You will guide segmentation, ICPs, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, shape roadmaps, and drive launches, adoption, and growth across our portfolio with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing or GTM experience in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years of people management.
• Hands-on pricing, packaging, segmentation, and market insights.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and launches with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer insights into growth strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Finance to shape roadmaps and priorities.
• Define market and commercial strategy through research and insights.
• Lead go-to-market for new products and major enhancements.
• Equip Sales with narratives, tools, and competitive guidance.
