RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM strategies, and growth opportunities in close collaboration with Product, Sales, CS, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or related environments.

Responsabilidades

• Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business, from market assessment through launch and growth.
• Define Market and Commercial Strategy for the lines of business.
• Develop customer, competitor, and market dynamics insights from research and field feedback.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis to inform where to win.
• Translate market insights into recommendations for product investment, revenue planning, and routes to market.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with product, finance, sales, and leadership.
• Equip Sales and CS with narratives, tools, and training to win and expand customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to identify advocates and translate case studies into proofs for campaigns and exec audiences.
• Track adoption and performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Communicate priorities and insights clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
