RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, and product insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

You will lead a team of product marketers, setting priorities and standards for high-quality work.

Competenze

8+ years of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
3+ years of people management and demonstrated ownership of product lines or portfolios.
Hands-on pricing and packaging experience, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, and competitive intelligence.

Mansioni

Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business, from market assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.
Define Market and Commercial Strategy and translate insights into actionable recommendations for investment and revenue planning.
Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and training to win and expand customers.
Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify advocates and translate testimonials into proof points for campaigns and executives.
Track adoption and commercial performance metrics (pipeline influence, conversion, win rate, retention, expansion) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Communicate priorities, risks, and recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
