Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, and product insights into clear positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with Product, Sales, CS, Finance, and Marketing.

Lead and develop a team of product marketers, setting priorities, expectations, and standards for high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing for B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading and coaching a product marketing team.
• Proven pricing and packaging strategy experience.
• Strong market insight, segmentation, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Ability to translate insights into go-to-market plans.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling.
• Collaborates closely with Product, Sales, CS, Finance and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business, from market assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.
• Define Market and Commercial Strategy.
• Develop ICPs, segmentation, and competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Turn market and business insights into actionable recommendations for product investment and revenue planning.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with Product, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and competitive guidance to win and expand.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to translate testimonials and case studies into compelling proof points.
