Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business.

This role translates customer, market, product, and performance insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or complex solutions.
• 3+ years of people management.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business, from market assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.
• Define Market and Commercial Strategy.
• Develop understanding of customers, competitors, market dynamics, and whitespace.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product investment, revenue planning, and routes to market.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and training to win and expand.
• Track adoption and commercial performance and adjust strategies based on results.
• Communicate priorities, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
